Ryan's Creative Cherry Pie

We spent Thanksgiving day in Twin Falls with Grandma Stephenson and cousins at Aunt Shauna's house. Ryan was in charge of dessert so...he baked 9 pies!! Okay, only 7 pies and 2 Marion Berry crisps. He baked Pumpkin, Lemon Meringue and Cherry. The Cherry was fabulous (as you can see) and creative.
'Thanksgiving feast' was fun and yummy and spent visiting with family and rubbing our overstuffed stomachs. :-) Later that evening, Johnny, Karl, Gary, Ryan & Tom went Sturgeon Fishing on the Snake River. They had a great time as they didn't return until 11pm that night.

BSU vs Fresno State Game

Our first BSU Bronco Game of the season (and also BSU's last of the season/Fresno State) was spent in warm, cozy comfort inside the new, Simplot Sky Box on the 5th level. Thank you Simplot! Guess there are some perks to selling french fries after all....haa haa

It was AWESOME! Food galore, great company and flatscreens to watch the instant replays. However, there was some guilt because from our view we could see the Cureton's, Rich & Lindsay & their family sitting in the cold outside in the stands...but in all, it was a great game and we had a blast! Didn't win any of the 'Poster Pick Prizes' but came away with full bellies and new friends.

Adventures in laying tile....

Decided to replace the carpet and kitchen floor with new tile. What a project! Ryan ripped out the kitchen vinyl and dining room carpet only to discover what looked like thousands of tiny staples in the sub floor! Nate & Trina came over and helped remove the staples and lay the backer-board for the tile. It was a loooong, late night with lots of bending, drilling and mudding (and probably a few backaches too).

The next day, Tom & Brad arrived and installed the tile- it looks great!

Thanks everyone who helped! It makes the dining room and kicthen look larger...but that could be because all of the furniture is still crammed into our living room....

Belly Shot

Okay- the famous 'belly shot'... This is at 3 months along (hard to believe there are two of 'em in there!). In preger terms- I'm at 12 weeks.

Lucky for me, clothes still fit...for now!

Happy Halloween!
Nate & Trina stopped by for trick n' treating with Taitlyn- adorable little flower! My two nieces, Lexie & Maddie, also stopped in for some candy before dashing off to the other neighborhood houses. We spent the night hanging with Nate & Trina and handing out gobs of candy.
Earlier that week we went to a Halloween Party Bash at a friends; Ryan dressed as a 'Chick Magnet' and I was 'Mrs Lame Excuse'. Hey- we tried to be creative!

Here it is! The first official picture of the 'peanut-heads'...hard to tell because it's small but there really are 2 in there. # 1 is standing up (waving hello) and the other, #2, is laying sideways (must be napping). They might look like little aliens now but soon they'll be tiny-tots! We're hoping for a boy and a girl- how perfect! These guys are 11 weeks old and have strong heartbeats....mom (and dad) are healthy too.
We are SO EXCITED!!
