Post Academy Graduation

Ryan spent the last five weeks training at the IDOC Academy and graduated from Post on Friday.

It was an intense five weeks and we're proud of Ryan and his accomplishments! He begins his new career on Sunday serving in Maximum Security at the Prison. 

During the ceremony, Ayla was NOT happy that she could see her daddy but not sit on his lap or roam next to him- note Ryan in the background behind her head.

Ryan also earned a pin for excellence in Sharp Shooting.

We had great family support and it was fun to spend an afternoon with family and friends.

Onto a new chapter!
