Missionaries

Last year from April-October we hosted the missionaries in our home, it was a great experience and one we will always remember. This afternoon Elder Richard Holloman stopped in to say goodbye, he is going back home on Thursday to New Jersey. Elder Holloman was one of the first missionaries we hosted and was with us for about four months- we are grateful to have gotten to know him while he served, he is a great young man!

Ryan made his famous, delicious sugar cookies which we took up to the NICU for the medical staff this afternoon; we miss those guys! Ayla needed a blood draw to check her Carnitine levels and exchanged her feeding button so while we were at St. Luke's we popped upstairs to see the staff and express our appreciation......of course, I had to test many such said cookies just to make sure they were up to par- and they were! Yum!
