Happy Daddy's Day!

Pictures are worth a thousand words and emotions.....and then more.

Ryan is awesome....he loves with his whole heart and serves just as deeply; he loves to serve and help others. I am blessed in that circle of service extends to Ayla and I. Ryan is the BEST father to Ayla, period. He gets up with her during the night, sometimes crams himself into her crib to rub her back, he helps her, he plays with her, he feeds her and he is patient (and that's just the very tip of the iceberg).

On this special Daddy's Day, I hope that Ryan knows how much he is loved and appreciated!

Wedding Break

Ryan is such an awesome husband.... he watched Ayla for 4 days while I attended my niece's wedding and reception. It was a nice break (though I missed Ryan & Ayla TERRIBLY!!) and I didn't have to worry about Ayla because I knew Ryan would be spoiling her!

I left the camera at home (agh!) and took these pictures with the cell phone. Alyssa (the bride) is such a beautiful young lady. Though it did make me feel seriously old because I remember her as a cute baby and even babysat several times!
